Haji Mohammad Usman Turabi was appointed Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Agriculture in late September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Police in Kapisa province since August 2023. Following the Taliban's takeover in August 2021, he briefly served as the Governor of eastern Kunar province from August to October 2021.
