Mawlawi Abdul Ali Qudratullah, also known as Qudratullah Amini, was appointed Deputy Governor of Kabul Province in mid-July 2025. Before this role, he served as an advisor within the Ministry of Interior. He was previously the Governor of Parwan province beginning in August 2023. Prior to that, he briefly served as Governor of Logar province from October 2022 to August 2023, and before that, as Governor of Panjshir province.
