Mawlawi Hasibullah Mukhtar currently holds the position of Director General of Afghanistan Traffic Police. According to a press interview with him, Hasibullah Mukhtar was reportedly born in 1991 and joined the Taliban in his early twenties, actively supporting their insurgency in his local community. He is married with four children with sons named Hakimullah, Anas, and Mohammad, and a daughter named Hasanat. Additionally, he has three brothers named Zainullah, Ahmadullah, and Matiullah.
