Mullah Abdul Wali took on the position of Deputy Minister of Coordination for National Disaster Management in January 2023. Prior to this role, he served as the acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs from March 3, 2022 to January 14, 2023. He holds the title of "Saranwal" equivalent to the term public prosecutor.
