Mawlawi Mohammad Amin Jan Kochai has served as Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Telecommunications and Technology since mid-October 2025.
Previously, he was Provincial Governor of Badghis from November 2024. Before that, he served as Governor of Ghazni province beginning in April 2023, and earlier held the position of Governor of Wardak province.
